Consultations:
- Consultation by appointment only
- Availability of an Initial consultation free of charge. This can be undertaken either by phone, face to face or via skype ( does not include stop smoking session/s)
Payment:
Payment can be made covering the full amount due by cash ( at your appointment ) or Bank Transfer Payment ( To be paid 24 hours prior to your appointment )
Cancellation Policy:
- We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of any appointment.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Appointments made that a client does not attend and giving no prior cancellation notification ( no shows ) will be subject to the full session payment non attendance fee
